Vending Info
Thank you for your interest in vending at Son Fest V. We appreciate
your desire to promote your product as well as partnering with us in
the vision of building-up the church and presenting the Gospel
through the arts!
Son Fest is an exciting all-day free music festival, which
will include fun and activities for the entire family! We are
expecting 800-1,000 people in attendance to enjoy the music of
today's top Christian artists along with food, fun & activities. You
won't want to miss this opportunity to be a vendor at Son Fest
V
which will take place on May 21, 2011 (Saturday), at Lake Deerwood
Estates, located just south of Lake ‘O the Pines and just north of
Harleton, Texas. Festival attendees include families, singles,
children, youth workers, teens and others. These individuals will be
looking for products, services and ministries to which Christians
can relate.
Space is limited, and vendors will be selected at the discretion of
Son Fest V.
Product Vendors
Thank you on behalf of our entire staff for participating as a
vendor at Son Fest! You are a big part of what this festival is
through your creative, exciting and diverse displays and products
being sold at the event!
All vendors are accepted at the discretion of the Festival Director.
If you are accepted, a confirmation letter will be sent to you
within two weeks of our office receiving your application. Remember
to keep a copy of all signed agreements. (All vendors are subject to
final approval by the festival management.)

Food Vendors
Son Fest V desires to have two food vendors. Each year we open the
food vending to outside vendors. If your organization would like to
be considered for food vending at Son Fest V, please send your
vendor application, a sample menu and any other information to the
address at the bottom of the page. Your information will given all
consideration and
